I would think it would be advisable for parents to familiarize themselves with what a Juul and Juul pods look like.
It would also be advisable for parents to familiarize themselves with the handbook on having children. It's very short, an easy read, really just one page, one line. "You bought it, it's your responsibility now to take care of it".
I really have no idea how you can know if your kid is JUULing, but somehow we older types managed to deal with our kids might smoke, drink, make mistakes, etc., and didn't expect government or schools to help us out with useless bullet point pamphlets.
Figure it out parents, that is your chosen responsibility.
