Got my order this afternoon...couple passthrough batteries for my Janty, 10 atties in 510/801 flavors...the mixing juice I asked for...and that was all.

Don't tell people if they place an order and pay for it while you're out, that there will be a "special surprise" as a thank you...especially if you don't plan on following through.

BAH. Keep the teasing in the bedroom...that's just BS, plain and simple.

wow, a little harsh over a small bottle of juice. I've learned to just be thankful to get good stuff at a low price.

Nope, I'm harsh over the misrepresentation. They never said what it would be, just that some little trinket would be included with the order. Probably next to worthless, might be some cool new gadget... Finding out it was a load of BS was a surprise, so I guess it wasn't a total loss.

When did you order?

Also, you didn't make an order just for the surprise, did you?

Over the Chinese holiday...and yeah, I kind of did. I mean I could use the stuff anyway eventually....but I didn't NEED anything I bought. Wondered what neat little gadget they were going to toss in.

I didn't say much about my last order, when half of the liquid bottles came leaking and without safety seals. Told them not to worry about it.

Guess this would make strike 2....and at 200 bucks an order...I think I'm just going to pass on the next pitch.

The spirit of the gift David intended was to thank customers for their patience in waiting for us to dispatch until the holidays were over and in celebration of the Chinese National Holidays.
This Birthday Celebration (60th) for China is a very special one, and the Chinese are very proud of all of these accomplishments they have achieved in economical advancements, and opening to the western world, since the New China was founded in 1949, Happy 60th China.:)

The flag - that was included in your package is the intended gift, symbolic of these celebrations.

You guys have got to be kidding me. 1inch you sound like a three year old crying because he didn't get a piece of cake with words on it. It's easy to find out what's in the bottle. Look at your other juices.... now which one did you order but do not see? That's the unlabled one! Wasn't so hard was it? If Eastmall took the time and money to professionally label bottles then we wouldn't get such good deals. 5 20ml bottles for $30 no one can beat that. And I hear nothing but good things about the juices. I don't care what kind of packaging the product comes in as long as there is good quality of the product itself.

I do believe you need to mature sir before doing another international transaction with anyone. The trip from China to the US is a long one and things do happen. Eastmall knows this and the customer service is awesome (even if it's not their fault). Eventually you'll understand this, and place another order.;)

The people who placed orders during the holidays feel like they were misled. Eastmall said they'd give a small extra gift to anyone who placed orders during the holidays, but that it would be a surprise.

Apparently they didn't like receiving the flags. It's a pretty small thing to complain about if you ask me. Eastmall didn't have to give them any bonus. The deals were already damn good during this time period. Some people are never happy though.

I just want to say thank you Eastmall. I have absolutely no complaints about your services and products and would never hesitate to recommend your site to friends.

Thank you so much for the positive posts guys,

it is wonderful to have such loyal and supportive customers,
it warms my heart to read your messages on here.

I am sure Ed and David will be just as pleased by your show of loyalty and support here.
It makes all the hard work and effort, and the long hours spent tracking at the end of a 16 hour day, worthwhile.
to read your messages of support here makes all those long hours worth it.

Thank you so much ----- Di ......

I just got my package this morning! EM4 starter kit and 100ml ejuice. The first atomizer and battery works really well. No leaky bottles, everything labeled. the only hassle I'm dealing with is juice got in my mouth when I first tried it. I should've anticipated that. Anyway, I was excited to get the flag and I think it's an excellent gift. Thanks, Eastmall. I'll definitely order from you guys (and gal) again!:)

Hmm. I ordered 3 bottles of the same thing. 2 of them are labeled. One of them isn't. They sell more than one variety, so I want to be sure I've got 3 bottles of 60mg. Not too much to ask is it smart guy? I've made 2 orders, and had 2 problems. I don't think taking it at face value is a prudent thing to do. I'd like some reassurance I didn't end up with something less.

Let me 'splain something to ya. If I go downtown and I pay a ...... for a BJ, I expect a BJ. If I get a handjob instead...yeah, I'm going to be a little disappointed. Not saying a handjob sucks...it's just not what I expected.

Yes, sometimes a 20 cent pair of tweezers will make the difference.

This industry is sketchy. I'm simply trying to find the ones with minimal sketch.

1INCH - sorry about your disappointment.

I have made a few large orders with Eastmall. Their customer service is second to none. They all work some long and crazy hours. All you had to do was email Ed and he would have worked it out with you. Ed actually called me in the US from AU and chatted with me for about 15 minutes.
David is also wonderful. I have never worked with DI - but I am sure she is just as awesome.
