HI!

At the beginning of June i started my vaping journey with an eGo c. 3 days later i bought a silver bullet. THIS MORNING I ORDERED A PROVARI MINI WITH A WHO'S YOUR DADDY PRO-CISE FINISH TANK!!!!. Is it just me or is this vaping thing addictive?! I do want to stop buying now that i have ordered the Provari with a quality tank and i also ordered some Boba's bounty juice. I have to say i love vaping and i believe this initial cost of everything will be worth it and will be better than blowing 10 dollars for a pack of cigs here in New York :)

I've been vaping since this new year, and all I can say is yes, it can become quite an addiction in itself purchasing products. When you think about it there are so many variations and so many additions to each type. It's kind of a trial and error of finding what works for you best. I myself have been going crazy ordering different liquids and different PG/VG ratios. I have been smoking the Joye 510's for 6 months now and am taking the plunge and ordering what you mentioned earlier, the Ego C.

We're like women thrown into a mall with an unlimited credit card going crazy at all the glorious splendor that is vaping, lol...

Go get um Paul!

As long as you have the funds and your children are not starving, what's the matter? I started in March and have tried so many flavors of juice, bought all the necessary equipment for DIY'ing juice, several kgo kits, inferno kit, vv box. Now I'm getting 2 more boxes and a beautiful wood mod from Wildman!! (Mind you this has been with restraint)

I am waiting for the silver bullets to restock and so forth....

Have fun and good luck in your journey

Thanks all! yea this experience has been amazing. I actually tried a cig the other day and i got that "first time cig taste" that i rememeber tasting when i first started smoking. Im really excited to try the Boba's bounty with the provari which have both received amazing reviews and hopefully i can stay with that combo for a while.

lol, yeah its an addiction... especially if you are any kind of gear geek / techie.

Went analog lookalike to a kgo kit, to a lavatube.... then I had to see what the Stainless Lavatube was like... then I had to have a rev3 'cause it looked cool... now I want to buy an ego twist just to see what its like. Oh and I really want to get a Reo Grand..... and a Kicked SB.... and of course a Provari.

Must. Put. Wallet. Away.

Good luck Paul! Glad you are having fun exploring the PVs.

It's like any kind of gear thing, though. I learned this with boating. The gear you have are the tools you use for boating. Cheap gear is cheap gear and will hinder your efforts. Good gear will do the job. The best gear will also do the job and sometimes do it in a better way if you know how to use it. An experienced skipper can dock a boat well with good gear but someone without boat handling skills and the best gear is still going to hit the docks.

You can switch from smoking to vaping with a decent mass-market PV but without the willpower not even a Provari will help.

Ive had a few different hobbies in my life, some of which werent cheap and provided me with less enjoyment than this one. If you can swing it, you enjoy it, and it keeps you off the stinkies... I say keep on keeping on.

Who would have ever thought?

My new favorite "hobby" = quitting smoking.

If someone told me a year ago that I would be a former smoker and completely happy about it today, I would have asked what drug they were currently on. It was a good smooth transition for me. Almost too smooth where im waiting for the "GOTCHA!" moment. Lets all hope it never comes. Vape on!

For some reason it seems like the real addiction is the habit of "smoking" something. I think thats why vaping is such a great alternative because you can "smoke" but not have to worry about the side effects of an actual cig. I love exhaling out huge clouds of vapor. I'm pretty sure quitting smoking cigs is in the works right now but i dont really see my self ever giving up the "smoking" part of it. Its like the habit of always having to smoke when i drive, after i eat, while im on the phone. Vaping really helps me out in these situations.
