Yea it's pricy.

1 week of vaping and I'm 550 dollars in. Personally anyway. 850 in total because I set my parent's up as well and they cost me about 150 a piece to get started.

What did my 550 get me though - Provari, EGO-C double starter pack, clearomizers, catomizers, atomizers, tanks, and juice...lots and lots of juice. Enough juice for a few months with more arriving soon. I'll break even in 3 months assuming all the major purchases are out of the way and I believe they are for the time being. I figure my health will more then break even so it's worth it.

It's hard to put a price on changing your lifestyle for the better though. If someone pointed to the most expensive car in my small collection and said "If you hand over the title I'll add 5 years to your life" I'd toss them the keys in a second.

Over the edge...
You might have to thin Boba's Bounty or increase the hole size in a carto tank to keep it flowing.

To thin it, start with just a couple of drops of distilled water. Not tap water, not bottled water, not filtered water - distilled water. Why? Distilled water won't alter the taste at all.

I have to admit, I've been thinning my juice with tap water...

To the OP: Grats on your purchase, that's gonna be a beautiful set-up!

I feel for you. IMHO getting a Provari saved me money. I haven't bought any new hardware since, just consumables & juice. That is of course till I discovered Genesis style rebuildables

Today is day 165 for for me and I'm still $490 in the hole (day 217 is new projected break even day). gotta have it...

Come to think of it, I don't care if I ever break even. I figure I'll have lots of extra days of life to play with all my cool stuff (as I make that pffft sound and wave my finger in the air like that guy from the Kayak commercial)

I too am only about a month in and have gone bonkers buying new vaping stuff. It's an addiction in and of itself! I love hobbies, and I love ordering stuff online. Bad combination :) I DON'T even want to add up the money I've spend so far... Started with Silver bullet, then got a kick, then bought a black Provari. Then I decided to try a bottom feeder, so ordered a Reo Grand yesterday. Today I picked up a Precise + 18650 on the classies, and will probably order the 18500 as well. Also plan on grabbing a SS GGTS to go along with my new Ody and Penelope as soon as they're available. Grabbed a DID atomizer as well.

I still want a Zenesis standard, Z-atty Pro, an Orion V 2.1, and numerous other things! This is just RBA's and PV's I'm talking about, this doesn't include the massive amounts of juice/attys/cartos/tanks/batts/chargers I've picked up :)

I've really gotta tone it down a notch... But collecting nice mods is just too much fun! Now I stalk the classified on here like crazy, which can't be good.... I really do think I have an addiction to buying things, but I think after a couple months things will settle down. God I hope so!

I'm not telling you these things to brag, not even in the least bit, but just want to say that I feel your pain! It can get out of control in no time! But we're off the smokes, and having fun.. so IMO, if you can afford to pick up new things, and they're keeping you off the analogs, then more power to ya!

Just don't tell my girlfriend, I'd be single and out on the street in no time flat, with nothing but the clothes on my back, and pockets stuffed to the brim with vaporizers :)

I saw in another forum a strategy for budgeting PV spending. Simply get a prepaid credit card for purchases. Only put in the amount your monthly budget can handle and if you want something more expensive than the balance wait till the next month when you can add to it.
