Alright so I have no idea if this is the right section for this but I have a serious bug problem. It has started on the car as I looked and there were thousands of these little white/red looking bugs all over it. I'm hoping someone can give me some incite as to what the hell these things are and how to get rid of them. I washed the outside of the car off about 3 hours ago to try to get a bunch of them off and now they are back...

I took a video as its dark and couldn't get a good picture of them.

Someone help me!!!!

Here's the video. The clearer part is towards the end of it as my phone finally decided to focus...

Just my two cents, I can't tell you what kind of big, but it could be that this could be the time of year they hatch. Some bugs have what is called a predator satiation. In short it means that an animal hatches, a bunch of babies at one time to make sure that some survive. Cicadas do this and they are on a 9 to 13 year cycle meaning ever 9 to 13 years a bunch will hatch all at once. It happen at my house a few years ago. We would have 20 to 30 cicadas flying around our lights every night for a month or two. We killed a lot of them, they are really gross bugs.

Let me try to explain this a little better as my camera just doesn't have the right macro settings to take a decent picture of something so small.

They almost look like the tiny spider looking things that make a lookalike cobweb but are a little different in color. They are all over my dam car and some are getting into the car and I'm guessing all over me

I feel itchy and stuff but I can't tell if its my sunburn or these dam bugs. I've seen a few on my arms and stuff though.

Short of spraying my whole car down with insecticide, idk what to do.

Well according to one of the ladies I work with they are "chiggers". The car was sitting in the sun all day so they all went to the shady parts of the car. Which I soaked in raid insect spray and they died instantaneously lol. Going to have to wait till they are all over the car again and give the car a nice raid bath. Washing the car immediately afterwords of course.
