Lol! I know, right? But I'm really getting into the DIY thing and they look like a good option for a sample tester kinda thing. I'm using a single coil dripper right now, but I'm experimenting with so many flavors it's getting to be a PITA to change the cotton out. Thought it would be a good option to try.

you can just use RDA's for that. when you coil your coils, just put enough cottin to cover the inside of the coil (no tails), just drip and taste, its like 2-3 hits before it dries out then u can just drip another flavor. You dont need to put tails and fill the juice well because you are just tasting, just cotton inside the coil itself and none outside is enough for this. I do this all the time for my own DIY juice, and if u use thick dark juices and the cotton gets gunked up, its just like a 4mm long piece of cotton, just pull it out and plug i n another tiny piece of cotton. its not that much hassle.

Atleast in my experience, you'll still get a slight after-taste from your previous juice. With this method.
That's also why i kinda was amazed why i'vent done MESH wicks earlier to test my flavors. With a mesh you could just dry burn of the remaining liquid. And then re-dripp the new flavor. It'll work the same as the bridgeless attys basicly.

@SleeZy This sounds like a good idea for my igo-s, which I'd like to make my tester. How much mesh do you insert into the coil?

The mesh works pretty good, but you get an awful metallic taste after you dry burn. :nah: Takes a few extra drops and another sip of juice to get a taste. I called the B&M and they said they had some lil 510 threaded cartos. I was going to do a redneck retrofit on one and set it up, but when I got there they were "out of stock". :-x They did however have a shipment of cheap lil 16mm dripper clones (Trident, I think?) that they bought from some place in China and the AFC doesn't line up right for 2 coils. Gave me one free and some 28G KA1 to build it with. I drilled out the carb on it ad it works pretty well.

the other day. A bridgeless something doohickey? I wanted to check one out, but forgot to write it down. It's like a small carto dripper with a 510 connector. Can anyone refresh my memory as to what it's called?

Uhh, thingamajig...doohickey...could you be more vague please? Just kidding! :D

I've been looking at the same thing to test my juices. Currently I just use a CE5 clearo for that. I also use the clearos on my penstyles when not using my iStick and can't have anything heavy in my pocket like when I'm working in the yard or fishing, etc... (Also I've lost 15 pounds in the past 2 months and with my iStick in one pocket and my keys in the other, it'll cause my shorts to fall to my knees if the string isn't pulled tight enough. Had this happen in Wally World one day. Fortunately I wasn't going commando that day ;) Feel free to return that mental postcard to sender:eek:)
