The vast majority of members here are from North America. At one time, ECF did have a French language sub forum, but very few individuals used it and it was eventually archived due to non use.

Define cheap? I just did a quick search for European sites that sell it and it appears to be around 15 euros on average. Bear in mind, it's a US based company that makes the e-liquid, so it will most likely be a bit more expensive than those that are produced locally.

The only one I know of who lived in France is Charlie, but I haven't seen him on the forum in years.

That's a name I haven't seen in a very long while. He and Veronica live in Roquebrune sur Argens between Nice and Marseille. Last I heard from him in was late 2023 via email. At the time, he and his wife were doing fine.

He is another one, of many, I miss on the forum.

The description for Clouds Of Icarus Cinema Reserve Act 3 sounds yummy. "A delicious vanilla cream cake covered with some caramelized popcorn." and "Taste of creamy cake and caramelised popcorn. Main flavours: cake, popcorn, caramel, vanilla."

I haven't had any retail ejuices since 2012. Been DIYing my own juices since then.

There are DIY folks here, in the DIY subforum, who have made creamy cake bases. Adding a popcorn and caramel flavor to a creamy cake base would be easy. Although, speaking from experience, trying to clone a retail juice is not easy! LOL

if i were to try making it, obviously never having tried it, and quite clearly based solely on the descriptions i saw.........

my first, very basic attempt, might look like so:

FW Vanilla Cupcake 3%
FW Creamy Sponge Cake 1.5%
WF Vanilla Cream Extra 1%
FW Caramel Candy 0.75%
FLV Popcorn 0.8%

fairly certain NomNomz in the UK carries all those flavors
