Something I havent been able to say in 19 years.

33 days with no tobacco. I havent been able to say that in 19 years after 4 months at MCRD SD, first thing i bought with my travel money after discharge was a pack of Pall Malls. 25 years of smoking mostly hand rolled or non filters, to 0 in 1 day of vaping.

Currently at 18ml nic, going to start stepping that down.

WOW!

Hand rolled and without filter!

That is a hard-earned 33 days, and the great thing is that's just the first 33 days of the rest of your life free from t-burners!

Congratulations!!!

I'm not that far ahead of you, and hope you're loving it every bit as much as the rest of us ;))

At this point I dont think I could go back to smoking, even if I couldnt vape. With the VTR I am very satisfied. There are flavors I enjoy, and more to try. The vape is way more enjoyable the the smoke ever was.

Gratz on the month plus free of cigs. Used to smoke no filters too, so people wouldn't bum off me. Vaping is, as you know, a world so much better than cigs. Good times akpostal!!

I simply liked the bigger hit off and more flavor of the non filters, and hand rolling let me customize my smoke. Loose roll faster smoke, tighter roll longer smoke. After the huge tax hike on loose tobacco and papers 4 years ago, pipe tobacco made a big difference in lower cost and higher flavor. As much as I "enjoyed" it, I cant see going back to it.

I can change the feel of my vape the same as I could control my smoke with the VTR and MVP. Before I go to a mech I want to try more tanks.

That is super awesome!! I'm not that far ahead of you. I still think about picking up some analogs, but I keep telling myself that I know that vaping tastes sooooo much better!![/URL]

The thought of an analog makes me throw up a little. Vaping a nice bourbon and cola is far better then rolling a smoke. Actually just not having to roll a smoke when I get the urge is pretty dang nice on its own.

Congrats!

Mind your step-down speed. You'll know if you're cutting the nicotine level too fast. Trust me...you will know.

I'm currently at 5.5 mg/ml nic (I DIY so can adjust very finely) with the drop to 5.0 coming in about six days. That's gentle enough that I won't even notice it, but I'll sit at 5 for a while and re-adjust.
