Now I am pretty sure ( positive) it isn't Nicoticket that has done this but....
I just received a coupon addressed to me for a new brand new e-cig. They are the kind they sell in gas stations. I have never received this kind of mail...ever. not even tobacco coupons. This is the 3rd different one since I started vaping. This to me tells me that someone is selling their customer list. I didn't know where to post this but want some feedback on it. If this is what has happened...I think it's pretty damn dirty:mad:

Hasn't happened to me either.

It's a bit late for that, but if you want to find out who's selling your address, you could add some vendor identifier in the "Address Line Two" of your delivery address. Like, a number, and you use a different one for each vendor.

wow that's genius

Has not happened to me either....although google ads tries to sell me nicorett

Never happened to me...yet...but maybe it was one of the online vaping stores? I've used 101vapes, lightening vapes and one other my brain will not remember, all very often and no ads...that is very weird...
It has to be an online store. No one else has my information and address...As well as the fact that I vape. I just feel like that is dirty pool. I feel like I'm on some big tobacco mailing list now...... WAIT! it has a customer number on the mailing label. Wonder if I can go through the four I've used and see if I have a customer number. It's a start at least

Very good idea

Here's' a thought...when you smoked what brand was it? I ask because I switched between Marlboro and Camels and had at one point signed up to get their freebies & coupons etc. I received a coupon for the new Markten e-cig the other day, thew it out of course cuz it couldn't possibly compare to Clarks superior products.

I like mistike's idea above about the address line 2 entry...never thought about doing that.

I smoked Marlboro BUT never signed up for anything for that very reason. I didnnt like to think some big Corp that was profiting from me killing myself could sell my info to whoever they wanted to

I hear ya, it's a marketing thing so who knows where it could have come from. I would bet my NT stash that it didn't come from Nicoticket, I can't see Clark doing something like that to the family.

Hmmm weird...did you ever do any mail marketing survey things? I used to get them, and filled out for coupons, they ask if anyone in household uses tobacco products at the end....haven't gotten any for years, but if you did even years ago, maybe from this type of thing, so many places to get info from those marketing companies, they are slick..wasn't' t Mark10 testing products in certain states too? Thought they were branching out to more now. I haven't gotten anything :( wish I did so I'd pass on to mom, free is free, us pa Dutch/scots love our freebies, and mom will still use a cigalike from time to time in car for driving, plus it'd be good to give out to someone vape curious even if it is a rather crappy bt thing, some people I know are digging the cigalike stuff even though I told them to see me if ever want to upgrade...to each, their own

I can assure you that Clark will not sell his customer database. has no need to :)
Oh please don't take it that I think Clark did it. Completely the opposite. I just couldn't find a place to post this and I love the posters in here so I thought I would throw it out here to see if anyone else had experienced this. I trust this area is all. I have never done surveys or anything like that so that is why it's very concerning to me. I have also never received any mail like this until I started buying vape gear online.

I have had this happen to me even get emails from companies that I never even shopped at . I have all of my web browsers set to do not track and have all security in place but yet they seem to be able to track everyone still. I can go to say the Kmart site and then leave it go browse on the net and I will see items that I was looking at from the Kmart site..So some how companies have away of tracking all of us no matter how hard we try to have them not. Just my 2 cents of what happens to me

get an email adress wich is a bit more.. creative.. like for when ordering at nicoticket u use nicoticket@bionicunderwear.com .. if u get emails directed to that address u know whats up ;) Previous ISP had this option.. and used a different email for each company.. :) Also be careful with checkboxes.. some of them give them permission to use your email for adverts.

Havent had the experience myself.. gmail is a monster when it comes to spam handling .. somehow gets all the advertisements as well ;)
