18 might not slow you down. It all just tastes too good!
I'm trying ( not necessarily succeeding) to step down to 12 from 18 (was at 24 before I found NT). It all depends on what you can handle doing at this point.

Yeah, that's why I'm NoT going back up again! I was at 24 in July, 18 then 12 in August and then had to hover when I got my tobh & magma. I DO drip less at 12, I just can't. Drip, drip > tank.

So now I have added to my NT stash.

• PBC (Vaping peanutbutter cookies ? do I need you use vaping donuts with this ?)
