I posted the following in the supplier's forum:
I just looked through ALL of the links of the supporting suppliers. Of the 50+ websites I just visited, all of three had links to the FDA petition on their front pages. So, I would like to thank: vaporstix, thesmokelessshop, and truesmoker.

That said, none of you have taken ANY effort to get people involved in keeping vaping legal in the US. I am horrified and disappointed in your negligence. Additionally, I still found some outrages health-related claims. The ALL TIME LOSERS were anycigarette, digitalsmokeshop, and skyrl. Please remove the B*llSh*t health claims from your sites immediately. And be grateful I cannot ban you.

Please, suppliers, many vapers never come to the forums. As such, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to get these people involved. If our voices aren't heard, your businesses will be shut down and there is a high probability you will incur hefty fines.

I encourage all suppliers to POST how they are encouraging their customers to get involved. Signing the petition, while a start, is insufficient. Try providing links from which your customers can contact their representatives and senators, the American Cancer Society, etc. We MUST get going on this, and we must do it NOW.

I will be checking on your progress shortly.

Regards,
-Mickey

I think we need to be aware of and make efforts to support suppliers that are helping our cause.

Cheers,
-Mickey

Mickey, I agree with your post 100%. However, some suppliers will be reluctant to even mention possible action by the FDA because they don't want to scare off customers. In the long run, they are not doing themselves any favors by taking this approach. But I suspect many suppliers are only in it to make a quick buck and then disappear.

We are a new company and until coming to this site, we did not know, what we know now. I removed the quit smokking claims, and other claims, and I had ask to be removed from that persons list, but the it seems like they still have not. We are also in the process of joining the ECIG association with instead, and will help join the cause.
