For all the flak that the Chinese(Dekang/Boge) get as terribly non-compliant and spurious in regard to thier "cleanliness" and "Quality control/assurance", they are the only
eliquid company that I know of that has any independent, non-biased certification(by well known and respected certification entities). I know Johnson Creek is "registered" by the FDA(under a 2002 bioterrorism act that requires all companies producing product for human comsumption to be registered), but that is a far cry from being approved or certified by the FDA. Ecopure also has a university lab analysis posted on the intellicig website, which is certainly reassuring, but this still falls short of independent certification of their facility, process, and procedures as well as their final product.
I know most of this lack of certification is a result of the legal standing in said suppliers individual countries, however, seeking this certification voluntarily may go a long way to facilitating the process of e-cigs/
eliquid gaining legal recognition in these countries.
P.S. That video IS showing the Dekang/Boge facility
