I'm looking at the kgo on Hoosier supply and it says it comes with:
2pcs 2.0ohm LR atomizer

6 pre-filled cartridges:

Black and Chrome Pre-filled w/USA Mix
Titanium and Pink pre-filled with w/menthol
1 USB charger (420mAh charge rate)

1 USB wall adaptor

2 Bigbore cone.

So does that mean it comes with atomizers that attach to cartridges? And what the heck is a Bigbore cone?

The big bore cone is for the larger diameter cartomizers that are becomming more common. (you don't really need one, but they are OK to have)

The atomizers that come with that kit are pretty nice for direct dripping, so save them, but I would just toss the carts in the trash if it were me.
Get a box of 2ohm LR Boge cartomizers, you will love them on that battery.
And yes the kgo has a sealed connection.

Dee, I started with Blu. That's what I'm using right now until this KGO 1100 mAh 2 battery kit arrives. It is better and cheaper than the Blu I'm using.

I looked up the cartomizers you recommended on liberty flights website. The site says the LR produces a warmer vape better suited for tobacco flavors. However, I usually vape a sweet-ish peppermint flavor so I am wondering if I should go with this instead.....

Also, is this one going to fit the kgo?

Lots of folks are using ones like these from CCV;
Crystal Clear Vaping

Both the 1.7 ohm Resurrector or the 2 ohm Boge work very well with the Ego's.

Not sure about the lower ohm (1.5 and 1.25) ones though.

Big bore cone means the cone fits over some of the bigger cartos. It's a 510 connection so you would use 510 Cartomizers. I have the Kgo and got it from hoosier. I couldn't be happier. Use coupon code 5off for 5% off.

You will see a big difference with the Kgo. I started with blu and it was frustrating. I had to change the batteries every hour. Didn't have time to charge. I am sure your blu will make a good gift for someone how wants to quite smoking.
