OK so here's the deal guys. First off, this place seems so helpful and I'm happy to be a member now! But back to my problem. I got a 777ecig vape pen for 20 bucks about 1 month ago. The first two weeks were great, awesome vape production . But now, when I take hits its like its clogged, barley any cape comes out even when fully charged . Sometimes a medium amount will come out. To top it off, I get a nasty shot of liquid in my throat sometimes, even when not over filled. The coils do not appear burnt. Its been so frustrating lately. Any idea on what the problem could be?

Welcome to ECF, what kind of topper is on your battery? Is it top coil/bottom coil, a cartomizer?

If it's a clearo, try cleaning it, doing a dry burn like burnnoticefanny suggested. Does the airflow feel clogged?
Why yes it feels very clogged. I get so much liquid in my mouth its gross . I don't know the other terms, but I know its a clear tank 1 ml with a hole and a which comes out.

Ok, just looked on the site, is it a bullet tank or a magnum, or if you don't know the name... Does it have long wicks inside or no visible wicks, changeable head at the top near the mouthpiece or bottom near the battery connector?

That information will come in handy when we talk about dry burning. For now, try turning it upside down, put a paper towel over the mouthpiece, and blow through the battery connector to clear some juice out of the air tube.

Dry burn at higher wattage/voltage until coils turn red. Pulse the button for a few seconds at a time with the atomizer on the pen without any liquid to wick into it. This will burn off any residue buildup. Lots of YouTube videos on it. Just watch any one for a any head and you should be good to go. Two weeks is a long time without cleaning or dry burning with any liquid with flavoring.

OK doing now.I'm just gonna hold in the burn button. So can it overheat?

It is a t 4 Mini clearamozer

Ok, those are pretty much disposable, even their site says about 20 fills. You can try clearing the air tube: remove the clearo from your battery, place a paper towel under the battery connector end, blow through the mouthpiece. The head is not changeable on this type, and I don't think you can properly dry burn it either so if it's not performing well anymore there's not much you can do besides get more.

Yes you can burn the insulators - hold in the fire (burn) button and wait till you see coil first turn red - immediately let go of button - red goes away - coil cools a little - hit button again to get red - release button: this is pulsing. I pulse it three or four times.

I rarely burn the insulator but every now and then it does happen. I get a little to button heavy.

That really disappoints me :(. OK I'll have to get another one. Eh that's the reason it was so cheapish. OK thanks for the quick reply.

If you want to keep ordering from 777 the bullet tank also doesn't come apart fully, but you should be able to dry burn it. It will last a bit longer than the t4 I think, it looks exactly like a CE4 clearo and you can search youtube for videos on that style.

Or you can go with the "magnum" which looks like a rebranded evod style clearo, that has changeable heads, and is bottom coil.

Also make sure the air holes on the tank are not gunked up and your threads and connection points are clean..
If you want to try and clean it, you can get on youtube and see if maybe there is someone that has a video on cleaning those..
Just to get you by until you get another tank, or one that you can rebuild or change the coils out in.

Many of the clearos are the same size as long as you stick with the minis (if they have that choice). Disposables are a gimmick to get you started. Lethe ones we are suggesting are slightly more expensive but will be much cheaper in the end. You can even purchase an evod or mt3 at any store for cheaper than $8. Disposables will cost around $5-8. Same size, better vape quality from the replaceable heads.
