Hi all I'm pretty new to caping but get some good advice from a buddy at work. I was smoking for seven or so years and could not kick the habit. So I went I the vape shop with another buddy of mine and decided to buy there "starter kit" that was the 26th of December and I haven't bought a pack since. The kit came with 2 innoken iclear 16 batteries with two single coil disposable clearomizers a wall mount mini USB and 10 ml bottle of juice for 40 bucks not so bad. First week went good stopped cigs altogether with the 18mg store made juice but quickly found my self on the hunt for more vapor. I felt my hits were simply not big enough being as the batteries go at 3.2 volts or so. So after some more liquid purchase I went for a better setup and the shop introduced me to the ego c-twists. The c twists I am quite happy with the vv offers me what I want for the time being however the clearomizers did not. The constantly got dry hits, burnt hits, leaks etc. not to mention I was blowing through about 3 tanks a day. I started trying to soak up some knowledge from my work buddy who introduced me to this site (been lurking since). He also gave me a clinger kanger pro tank 2 after that I couldn't even use the clearomizers at all. So I sold my innokens upgraded to 2 c twists (battery normally doesn't last me a whole day) got rid of the replica kanger bought a real pro tank 2 (draw is 10x better) and was given a second kanger pt2 (compliments of having a friend seriously into vaping with way better gear and no use for the stuff I want). So I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello as my first post. Also a question if anyone can answer money not being too much of a problem thanks to not smoking cigs and stocking up on a decent set up for the past month I'm looking to upgrade. My local shop is helpful but expensive I found 101vape which I think will serve my purposes for supplies from now on (trying to order an itaste vv v3 this week then an MVP when they come back in stock) my real question is being in the Philadelphia area what is a reliable/ reasonably priced shop for juices I see online I can easily get juice for much less money however I don't know what's gonna be any decent or not so ECF I'm wondering can you guide me in the right direction?

Hello and Congrats on making the switch. You won't go wrong the MVP2. The iTaste 3vv is a nice rig too, esp. for stealth vaping. I know there's a link where you can put in what state and it'll list all the known B&M's. Someone who know's how to insert it or tell you how to locate it will come along, I'm sure. Good Luck and Happy Vaping! :vapor:

Ah, liquids are the hard part of the deal. The one thing I would suggest are sample sizes. They should be ready to vape and you can choose different kinds until you figure out your flavor profile. There are a lot of vendors to choose from. I would start with those that have a presence on ECF. As for local, I don't think there are any right in Philly. There weren't any when I lived there about a year ago.

Welcome to the forum. This place is huge and after you get your 5 posts in (to keep spammers in one place and makes it easier to kick them out) you will have free roam of the boards. Check out the E-liquid section.

You will find that most B&M's are going to be more pricey as they have a higher overhead. As far as friendly, that's on a case by case basis. Try using Yelp and just search VAPE. It should bring up some results and you can find the ones that are friendly towards new vapers. You can always ask on this forum, it's a pretty friendly crowd as we were all once new to vaping. Finding the best juice to suit YOU will be the big hurdle IMO. Everyone's taste is different and that will even change. Good luck and don't hesitate to ask if you get stuck.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone as far as shops go around Philly I know of atleast 2 they are store made liquids and will provide useful when I get into rebuildables but I can't really justify the whole 21 for 30 ml when I've tried things like monkey business off of rcvapors and was quite happy with the flavor and price I guess I should refine my question and really ask what are some quality websites that ship quick within the us

look into some VV/VW's that have a screen on them. you can go all the way up to 6v and 15 watts with these puppies. can also check the resistance of your coil so you can input the correct setting and vape away. also the variable watts will auto set your voltage so you dont have to worry. cant go wrong with them. i just ordered a Kangar Aerotank based on some good reviews i've read. hoping it was a good pull of the trigger. check out the adjustable air flow base for the PT2 @ sunvapes .com

mtbakervaper has the best priced juices period. they have some mods and accesories but i'd rather go to my vapor store or madvapes for better selection of mods and accessories

If you are looking at rebuildables I'd check out the ihybrid pure. It's about $100 not including the battery charger, which if you upgrade again will charge almost any type of battery you will use. You won't need an atty, as it is a Genesis built on to the mod itself. For the price, It's a fantastic mod, it hits like a beast and produces a very nice amount of vapor. You do have to rebuild it once every week or two depending on How much you vape. A lot of places do it for free. It can also use a single it double coil setup. My 2 cents.
