I just got confirmation from Dragon-Vapes that these are genuine / authentic Sony batteries. They said that their supplier carries both the knock-offs and genuine Sony. They pay the extra to get the real deal. Everyone else reputable who was cited in this thread seem to out of stock / back ordered. fasttech has also confirmed they are genuine, but I have read some people don't see the batteries after ordering for up to two months! I can't wait for two months, so I just ordered a couple from Dragon-Vapes. I guess in two months I'll see that fasttech shipment and have a total of six batteries to rotate. Not such a big deal, I'd rather carry around a few spare batteries than a crappy slow portable USB charger or my big Intellicharger I-4. I'll just charge at home and rotate when I'm out and about.
Be careful about knock-offs. The authentic batteries have a flat negative side, the clone has a hump. The authentic batteries also have a more dim QR code whereas the clones have a SUPER dark QR code.
