Sony vs AW vs MNKE for Sub Ohms

So I am looking to buy new batteries for safer sub ohm vaping but I'm stuck between three different batteries.
Which would one would you suggest?

I have the sony's but never go below .6ohms. they work fine. I think any of those you have would be fine as long as they are the real deal not fakes.

I've tried to order some Ni-Mh,not Li-ion?? Shipping was $16.80 thanks god handling was free to save me from the heart attack.
