Just my 2cents....I started with a tobbaco sampler(5 carts) and a coffee sampler(5 carts) and thought both were nasty. The thing I realized was that I craved the nic and the ritual...Not the tobacco flavor. I graze thru 3 or 4 flavors daily, and haven't had a single cig since I started. The further I stay from tobacco the better MY chances of staying quit!!

After checking the tracking, the first e-cig for me should be here by the time I get home from work. While I got a couple initial flavors with the kit to start with, I also just placed my first juice order.
Counting on you a bit here madjack.....went with BMV for the first set, in part because of your recommendation, and in part because of their sampler package. Went with the following 5 10ml bottles:
•Flavor #1 - Key Lime Pie
•Flavor #2 - Belgian Waffle
•Flavor #3 - Rum + Cola
•Flavor #4 - Cinnabun
•Flavor #5 - Pina Colada

will likely get a couple more "samples" from a couple places. Anyone here tried either the bourbon or kentucky bourbon from Mrs T's? What about any wine flavors? a good merlot? cabernet? even a zimph?

Chocolate tastes will likely not do it for me since I dont like chocolate, or anything tooooo sweet for that matter. Hoping to come across a good variety (sweet, coffee, adult beverage, fruit, whatever)

Well, I'm entirely biased here, but I'd say go check out Vermillion River. They offer a free 4.5mL sample bottle (you only pay 2.50 for shipping-- and if you want to purchase more sample bottles, you can ship 2 more samples along with your free one for the 2.50 rate).

Everything I've had from them has been outstanding, but my favorite (and all-day vape) is the original Kentucky Premium Blend. I'd say give that a go, or one of the flavored Kentucky Blends (applewood, cherrywood, etc).

I have a mega eGo 900 and I am very happy with it. I got it for an excellent price in a kit from Smoktek.com. Came with 2 900mah batts, really nice carrying case, a wall charger/usb passthrough and a usb charger. It also came with a couple of attomizers (which I don't personally use) and some cartridges (don't use those either). Since I switched to these batts with the mega dual coil cartos, my vaping life has become sooooo much better!

Was just checking out another site to order from (the ego-t). Found the mega (comes with a 900aMh) at a lower cost than the other I spoke of. Noted that it advised to NOT use VG based juice in the tank. anyone?

I smoked for over 20 years, and quit smoking a couple years ago. The nicotine cravings never really went away. I started using Snus at the beginning of this year, and although it hit the nicotine cravings and I enjoyed some of the flavors, I never really liked the aftertaste. About mid-year, they started hitting Snus with major tobacco taxes, so I decided to do some research.

I really liked the idea of vaping after seeing a few videos, but I never really liked the look or taste of cigarettes (just the nicotine). So, I began my search for a vape device that doesn't look like a cigarette and doesn't look like i'm carrying a tank of some liquid around that's going to get those strange looks / interrogations at work. I seriously spent 3 weeks looking through everything available, and it came down to eGO type devices for me. After deciding I didn't want needles around for refilling, and I didn't want to buy disposable cartriges, I finally decided on the T-Rex. It doesn't look like a cigarette, doesn't have a light on the end like a cigarette, easy to refill and isn't going to attract a lot of attention other than maybe: Wow, what is that?

So, I found a place with a great deal on the T-Rex. I ordered some fruit mix e-juice (also had high reviews for good vape, good taste, and no burning smells). I just got it in the mail this week, and I could not be happier. I had already watched the video on the T-Rex so I knew what to expect. I grabbed me a staple (instead of a paper clip) and filled it up and assembled it in under a minute. Then I hesitated wondering if it was gonna be that nasty choke like with cigarettes (2 years not smoking).

I was pleasantly surprised. it was a nice, sweet flavor hit, with no choking, no nasty odor, and great vape. I couldn't be happier. All I can say is do some research before you decide what to buy. I can tell you, me and my T-Rex are going to go everywhere together. If anyone has any tips on T-Rex care to make it last longer, and what extra parts to keep on hand, and good flavors to use by all means I'm open to advice.

Welcome!! Putting in my $.02 - I bought the Egos and love them but quickly found out about other toys here like bottom feed mods - higher voltage etc, etc. If you are not too hung up on looks you may wanna jump right into some of the different models out there.

Re: juice - my tastebuds went berzerk for a few weeks when I quit analogs but I craved very sweet at first and now am into desserts - try a few radically different kinds in stead of getting all sweet or menthol.

I'm no expert but the vets here have a wealth of knowledge. This is a great room full of resources and info and (most of all) people.
