I agree - tooth soreness is a tough affliction. If you were smoking cigarettes prior to vaping, you will notice that the gums will have increased circulation. The effect will not be as pronounced if you haven't gave up nicotine (it is a vasoconstrictor) but the lack of tar and other substances will improve the health of your mouth overall. A downside of this is increased teeth sensitivity. This is generally recognized as a side-effect of smoking cessation.
As other people have already mentioned, using toothpaste that is formulated for sensitive teeth will greatly improve or completely remedy your situation (Sensodyne comes to mind, my personal experience). Now, this is only temporary, you will notice the sensitivity going down on it's own over time, it's not that uncommon.
If you're still worried, you could book a visit to the dentist and maybe brag a little bit that you gave up the cancer sticks hehe
