As far as canker sores. Are you experiencing any stress within your life apart from vaping? I developed about 3-4 canker sores in the past few days. But that's due to personal stress issues and life events. Canker sores have been studied a lot and there is no real cause for them, however, they have been closely linked to stress.

As far as the other symptoms, I have no idea. Just try to drink A LOT of fluid. Ever since I started vaping, i've almost ALWAYS had a bottle/cup of water near me and I pee like a race horse at least once per hour. I've always been a water drinker and water is good for you. Stay hydrated.

Same thing bro,

I've started, about week two for me and its definitely not drinking enough water. Make sure you have a bottle of water handy as I guess the PG messes with the back of your throat. I've noticed I start to cough up some Phlegm too, but its green. Not the usual "Lung Butter" yellow and I'm happy for that. I think its your body just getting used to the new experience and trying to refuse it as much as possible.

However with the Canker Sore and Sore Throat. There's been a bug going around the East Coast. It runs underneath the name "Norovirus" and has been known to shut down schools all up and down the East Coast. It could be that it's making its way towards the West (Dependent on where you live) however that's just a hypothesis on that. Just drink water, and you should be fine. I don't swish with Biotene, I'm more of the LIsterine "Purple Stuff" and it seems to work alright. But then again, I'm not vaping on anything good either. A disposable "Krave It," I hate it and therefore will be getting a new one here soon.

Congrats on vaping for 6 weeks with no analogs :)

I recently just quit smoking analogs, and have only been vaping for a little over two weeks. When I wake up in the morning my throat will be sore, but later during the day it will go away, also I can feel fluid (mucus?) built up in my throat , can't quite seem to clear it.

If I sneeze or blow my nose, it is "clear" no "green/yellow" mucus, so I'm thinking my conditions are related to making the switch from analogs to vaping.

(I will add that my Uncle had heart/breathing complications last month, and he was in the hospital for about 4 weeks, and that forced him to quit smoking. He didn't experience any withdrawl symptoms, (coughing, etc..). He does not vape, but he told me today that he hasn't had the urge to smoke. He is in his late 60's , and has been smoking for a solid 40 years.)

VG and/or PG can be drying (especially if you vape a lot). Drink lots of water and use a humidifier.

I really do need to invest in getting a humidifier. Not trying to get off subject from the original poster, but do you know of any good ones?
