We had a good two months.

Either the batteries or new cartos are crapping out and I was just about to go from regular to Premium100 when I read about some better options. I'm considering getting into refilling cartos. I want to vape dirt cheap. It is also very important to get big hits, as that's what I'm not getting now.

So far I've looked at Volt and have considered getting the Standard Starter kit. This is overwhelming, please set me on the right path.

Thank you for listening to my story.

PS. I have a month's supply of regular Blu cartos left. Will they work with Volt or other brands?

Same old story. Different person on a different day. I arrived at the same conclusion, myself.

I opted for the Joyetech Ego-C Twist after a month's time with the Blu PCC kit. A week after that, I jumped right into a ProVari Mini, which was followed by another PM and a Sigelei Zmax V3 Tele Flat Top. The Sig is an excellent solution for a very practical APV. The Sig is my hiking, shooting, and archery vaping companion.

Enjoy your Vaping journey, as you discover what works best for yourself.

I know it's a bit more expensive, but with something the size of a Volt, it would be prudent to get one with a charging case if you won't be by a USB outlet all of the time. The Pro Starter Kit would be a good place to start. I have a couple of Volt batteries with the mega charging case, and they serve me very well. I personally like the CE3 clearomizers over the regular cartos, but they are longer and an assembled battery with the CE3 won't fit in the spare battery slot of the charging case. I put 2 more CE3s in that slot instead, and that setup will pretty much last me all day. 3 total CE3s, two batteries, and the charging case.

The CE3s last quite a while before they get too gunked up, although it does depend on the juice that you use.

Surely switching to Volt is just repeating the same exercise? Volt might be good, but it looks like another $2 battery $1 carts and 50c charger for $29.99.

If it must be a cig-a-like, just buy some simple cig-sized batteries and cartomizers from your favourite online independent vendor.
UK Vendors (independent) are doing 2 battery kits with cartomizers for less than $20 these days.
BUT the "big names" are still charging $40-60. It's all about the quick money.

You seem to be going down the same road many of us have. Start with a "cigalike" kit and move on.

I believe the Blu's use a 510 connection so you should be fine with the vast majority of current battery devices. You'll end up moving on from those too, imo.

Most people move on to ego style batteries and then, many, to vv/vw mods with replaceable batteries.

Good luck:)

Thanks for all responses.

So I think I might get this: http://www.myvaporstore.com/Vision_Spinner_Joye_Ego_C_Twist_Combo_p/vvs-c.htm

And possibly extract the liquid from my remaining Blu cartos to start out? What do you guys think of that?

I love the look of that store and those deals. I wish we had a dropdown mix and match like that in the UK.

Can you not use your blu cartos as they are, maybe with an adapter or something....I don't think you can save the e-juice.

I went from a mini e-cig to ego batteries and found an adapter that allowed me to use up my prefilled cartos.
