Alright i fell of the bandwagon and started smoking analogs again. :( Ive not been vaping for about 5 months now. I own a m401 and like the size weight etc. I was thinking about going up the the 510 on my return. Is this still considered the *best* out there in that kind of size/price? or has something taken its place since ive been gone?

Sorry about the "which e cig should i buy?" thread but i really cant be bothered goin through 5 months of forum posts to discover what is new out there.

I will second the advice to go with a manual m401 (especially since you started in the m401 world).

I've tried a friend's 510 a few times, and have nothing bad to say about it, but when I've gone back to my own manual m401, I found that the vapor and throat hit was easily superior.

I emphasize manual, however, because if I had been vaping the auto version of the m401, I believe I would have found my friend's 510 quite impressive, and probably would have switched.

In either case, the flavor-winner IMO is the m401, but the manual version gives the best overall experience of all vaping worlds -- umm, ahem, short of a mod! ;)

I have never tried the 401. However I don't understand the anti-510 sentiment here.

No anti-510 sentiment here. As I mentioned above, I have nothing bad to say about it.

The 510 has atomizers that last a long time and a lot of vapor as well as throat hit. You can get one @ cignot.com for $35 to try out ... even if you hated it you wouldn't be out much. Worth a shot!

Agreed!
