1 Is it true eGo twist or spinner style batteries can't handle dual coil tanks like the nautilus, aerotanks etc?

2.- Does an Evic "handle" them better?

1. Yes they can handle it.

2. Considering the EVIC has a higher VV range... probably.

Yes and yes. The evic is a variable voltage and variable wattage device. The spinner is only vv

Dual coil will work just fine on an ego battery. However, it will drain your battery much faster so a more powerful battery may be more suitable.

Something like the Aspire BDC might be a good fit on the Spinner or the twist. That, or an Evod. Both are slim and will look right on the eGo batteries and they produce exceptional flavor and vapor for a small clearo tank.

Yes, is the answer, however, I vape at 9 watts and don't have any preference over iTasteVV or MVP v.2.

Dual coil will work just fine on an ego battery. However, it will drain your battery much faster so a more powerful battery may be more suitable.

If the dual coil is 1.5 ohm or lower, they won't handle them well due to the 2.5 amp limit of the battery.

1-They will work just fine! Only downside is probably that these 510 clearomizers make your setup looks like magic wand
2-Yes, due to the fact that eVic able to output with higher voltage, or wattage, and its size makes the combination look less stupid haha

Yes, hahaha I agree my 1100 mAH EVOD looked funnny with an all stainless nautilus on top, that's why I got an evic =)

Why do you say the Evic is pointless? I reckon its not the most technologically advanced mod out there, but I got a good deal on it, 64 dollars with S/H.
