I realize many of us don't check the "News" area of the forum, so I'm going to put this here to give many a chance to see an op-ed from the New York Times that would be worthy of putting a comment on. A semi-positive article that we as vapers don't see too often in the main stream media..... which you can leave your below the article, or reply to the inaccurate comments by the nay-sayers.

This will eventually be moved by the mods to the appropriate area, definitely my bad, and I apologize, you can lead a horse to water, maybe he'll drink, but it'll take a while for him to figure out where the salt block is. Potential vapers, fairly new vapors....yep.....the General forum is your water, you might wander to the hay and carrots of the DIY, APV, or model specific forums, but without the salt of the current events and your input........who's going to take a stand for your right to vape?

Take 5 minutes and express yourself, make your voice heard, it doesn't cost any thing, and it won't hurt.

For the most part this is a great article because it approaches such things as harm reduction and the anti-smoking brigade stretching the truth AND in a newspaper in a city that loves to ban and regulate everything some people don't like.

One glaring problem to me is this part

No way. I don't read the section you feel this should be in because the times I've read that section it seemed to me too ripe with vapers who have turned to antz against BT. The place I do agree with the vaping antz, though, is big pharmaceutical and that aspect of the FDA. No rational person can hope ecigs can be encouraged as harm reduction and expect that to occur under those so called regulations.

But at least he sees they shouldn't be regulated the same was as tobacco.
