Sort Social Groups Alphabetically?

I agree, if you click on the "Social Group Forums" title, you will get a listing, but it's not in alphabetical order. As I said in another thread, the forum is a work in progress.
The Reason not to do it, is because it's a half hour's work, is why...
You are right, though, if it should be done and it can be done, then we ought to do it. I started, anyway, and it looks as though the first and last ones are OK, just the bit in the middle isn't quite right yet

Hey, an idea...IMHO:
The forums are listed in order of the date they were created? The longest running groups at the top and so on?
If you want to keep them listed this way, why not group them alphabetically, then put a designator--like the date it was created--after the name to distinguish between them?
You could even do that for the Suppliers List.

OMG! You're using what 3 fingers at the most, and people find it hard to scroll down a list?? You're not chopping wood or digging a ditch to find a social group! Does anyone here get all tired and out of breath blowing your nose or wiping? Petty, very petty.
Does it really have to be in alphabetical order? How about grouping them together by first letter, A, B, C, etc. (ignoring "the")? It would be much easier to sort and members would have less to sift through to find what they are looking for.
In other words, "The Laboratory" would be under "L", "The Sticky Forum" would be under "S", etc.

Precisely. And every single time a social group got added, it would mean editing every social group forum that came after it alphabetically all over again. Manually.
While a nice idea, it's a lot of work. And if I did it, you just know that others would complain because they liked it the way it is.
Well, it's done now. And I used the cunning 10-step trick so you can get another 9 boards in each gap [#10 - #20 - #30 etc]
