Sour and Synthetic tobacco question?

I've gotten a few synthetic tobaccos recently from eVo and gingers e juice, one thing about them I really like is they tend to have this what I would describe as a "sour" note to them.

I'd like to reproduce it in my baccy recipes and was wondering if anyone has an idea of what I'm tasting.

Is this from actually using a sour additive like TFA has or could it be a function of AP ( I do have both, but haven't used either yet)?

If so what percentages are they used at?

It would probably be sour or vinegar (White or Apple Cider). AP is a roasted/nutty flavor so it's not that
