Hey all,

Just started mixing, have had some good success with 1 flavor recipes :)

I want to replicate FSUSA's sour gummy worm...to me it tastes like a sweet tart and gummy worm mix. However, i know now that TFA sweet tart is not what i am after. I mixed some TFA grape and sweet tart and it came out tasting like grape children's tylenol. Maybe i should post my recipe in the recipe book for those children's tylenol fans out there ;) TFA is definitely more like smarties (a review i saw somewhere else on ECF).

I guess my question is this: is there another sweet tart flavoring that actually tastes like sweet tarts? any ideas in my quest for sour gummy worms?

Thanks in advance!

I hadn't really considered making a sour gummy worm recipe until I read this thread, but now that I have, this is what I plan to do:
I think you are on to something when it comes to using a sweet-tart base, so I'll use DeMulta's recipe for Sweet-tarts, dialing each flavor back by 75%. This will give 5% of the TFA Red Cow and 3.75% of the TFA Blueberry Extra for a total flavor percentage of 8.75. From there, I'll add 8% of FW's Gummi Bear. If it needs more fruit, I'll add some more gummi bear. If it needs more kick/sourness, I'll add some red cow and/or blueberry extra. Life is pretty hectic right now, so I haven't been able to mix much, but when I get a chance, I'll report back and let ya know how it panned out. *fingers crossed*

Here's the recipe for DeMulta's Sweet-tarts, in case you wanted to look at it: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e-liquid-recipes/140674-demultas-sweet-tarts.html
