South Beach E cig

I have a friend who I have offered to help with his first PV purchase has purchased a South Beach e cig without hearing what advise I might have. I have looked at their site and it appears to be one of the "mall/scam" models. Does anyone have any experience or opinions with this unit? I have also offered, after he receives it and is disappointed, to help him get something he will be happy with. Any opinions/reviews of the South Beach would be appreciated.
