I had the provari set to 4 volts on a 1.3 ohm coil and every once in a while there's a spark when people take a hit. We switched the same setup to a mod and it never happened again, any ideas?

The only time I've ever seen sparks was when there was a "short" from not having the post screws fully tightened. What rda are you using?
Have you fired it with the cap off to verify where the sparks are coming from? And that there is no shorts?
Someone came on here awhile back with a spark complaint- turned out to be hot eliquid spitting out- I think.
