LOL No, it's not too much to ask and you can get there but it is not always as fast as you'd like.

while i admit finding the right flavors is a pain , 1st you have to find the ones that are spot on 2nd you have to figure out the ones that are an instant vape and which are steepers , i dont want you going nuts about joe told me to buy this and jim told me to buy that its just a process we all have gone thru its no different than the thousand juice vendors out there where a ton of people rave about their juice and you try it and it taste like crap thats why the process for sum can draw out abit , but from what i perceive in your post i tend to think your taste is similar to mine so after you go thru some recipes you found and get them working right and your not as tense from mixing gone bad take the time and look at some of these DIY-Flavoring-Alcohol Base | E Liquid Flavoring-Alcohol Base - E Cig eGo, E juice, Mods, Cartomizers, Liquid Nicotine, DIY Flavorings
while i use alot of the fruit flavs there are some here that are not spot on most are and there are a couple that need to steep for 1 week but for instant vape you cant beat lemon , pineapple ,mandarin and grape and you will use no more than 3%-6% at max i will be amazed if you cant taste these , just let us know if you need any further help ( just FYI never mix in a bad mood lol ) nothing good ever comes out

thanks for all the support. This is very frustrating. I just posted everything I have on hand atm and asked for recipes. I feel like this is a backward method, but like an idiot I never ordered by recipe before and have a bunch of flavors I don't know what to do with. I have learned my lesson. I will follow recipes until I figure this out better. I REALLY love the Cinnamon Red Hots for an instant vape. So easy to mix and is wonderful at 10% 50/50. I'll be ordering this stuff by the case. Sadly I'm all out.
Trial and error.... and it's better to start at a low % on each flavor and figure out what works for each one... It's time consuming but worth it in the end.
I mixed spearmint at 5% and thought that was too strong! I've since toned it down and only use 2% in my spearmint blend.

I like the juicy peach by TFA at 15%, sweet cream 3%, EM solution or cc at 1%, 1drop menthol and 2/3 drops lemon juice. I vape 70/30 pg/vg. Let sit for a few days. I use vanilla swirl at various % with 2% spearmint ...to me this needs sweetener if it's TFA

Good advice. I would really like to get this TFA spearmint working. I ordered 60ml of the crap. It took me a whole month to get over the taste of that plastic tank I melted and continued to vape. No matter what I did soon after that every mixture with spearmint in it tasted like burning plastic to me. I think I'm ready to give it a go again. I've gotten a few more flavors since originally posting this thread. One of them is bound to give me a close spearmint taste. I can't believe I keep forgetting to order vanilla.
I just ordered the capella spearmint gum to work on. I am sure it wil need some extras.
Here is what I came up with for my recipe and think it's pretty good add to nic base of your choice, I use 70/30 pg/vg
capella spearmint gum... 14%
peppermint TFA ... 1%
EM crystals mixed 1/4 tsp per 10ml pg... 2%
lemon juice .5%
Works good at lower voltage around 3.8

Look forward to trying this. I will have to wait a bit before ordering, ofc I have nothing on this last list. I think I prefer sweetener over EM. EM seems to do more muting than sweetening. I was looking for lemon juice at the Walmart the other day. Sheesh you gotta buy damn near a gallon of that stuff at a time. Who needs that much lemon juice? They don't sell any small quantities. Look for those little plastic lemons full of juice in the produce section. Great for adding drops to your mix and not expensive.
Tfa spearmint is garbage. There's nothing I could do to make it vapable and spearmint was my adv. Now my adv is a loranns mix of creme de menthe, tfa sweetener and chocolate. Its goodI threw my tfa spearmint away so I'd stop trying to make it good. I wasted all kinds of my supplies with that crap.
I use my tfa spearmint to make after dinner mints. Works great but only takes about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp for a huge batch.
