I just raised a ticket though the site... But no response yet So I joined the forum, made 5 posts, and here I am hoping for a reply...

I'll just paste the matter from the ticket as is:

"Hi,
I would like to know if you would mind to declare the order I am about to place as a "GIFT" to me so that the customs wont charge 20 or 30 % of the order?
Even though the order narrowly reaches the 5000INR(indian rupees conversion around 53-54 per $) limit in my country sometimes they charge customs.
Kindly do let me know if you are able to send it as a gift and declare around 85$ for an order(in my cart) valued around 100$."

In India we have an exclusion of 5000INR(1 US$=52-53 INR) for imports which are declared as gifts.
So my total order stands at around 110 $ now...
If you could declare it as a gift and write gift on the cover, I will place the order right away.

And why is only EMS available?
I have used DHL many times and they do service my area.

If you want a quicker respond, I think you should use Helpdesk funtion. They reply very quickly with good responsibility.

Lol. May be there are many tickets on helpdesk due to delivery issues.
