Okay, so, heavy smoker, for years. Time to stop, order a ecig and realize I get one without nicotine, fantastic... but even the placebo of physically performing that action was enough to curb, to a degree, the incessant physical addiction. My question is, do most of you feel that it's the chemical addiction that controls your habit (sweating palms, easily agitated) or is it the physical habituation which controls you (having a smoke at lunchtime with friends since it's become a traditional habit) My ecigs do well on the chemical side of the addiction but sadly the physical butting and ashing and the feeling of holding the cigarette doesn't compare... help guys?
