Spinner with stuck voltage dial

I have a Volt spinner (808) that has been great until the dial got stuck. This probably happened when I dropped it. When I picked it up, it worked fine. Then a couple of days later when I tried to change voltage, the dial wouldn't,budge. I figure it landed upright on its end and got jammed. Doesn't look any different. Any ideas how to repair this? Has this happened to anyone else?

Nobody has had this happen? If you do, just take the pliers and gently rotate the dial.
All works fine again.
