Your atty REALLY likes you....

Experiment with different drip tips. With a small bore drip tip my Cyclones were unbearable, I felt like I was drinking more than vaping. I tried a large bore strait tip and it wuss a little better, tried a large bore tip with a medium bore throat (@ the O-ring end) and the drinking was reduced to near zero even with the loud coil pop that occurs when vaping a Cyclone below .5 ohm.

I would bet switching to a heavier gauge wire (#28 or even #26) and more wraps would alleviate the issue as well. I have ordered 26&28 to test this theory.

Check to make sure you don't have your wick blocking off your juice hole where the juice won't fully go back into the bottle. Sounds to me like excess juice on the deck. Also, when I was using a wide bore shorty, I for sure got juice spitting up into my mouth. I mostly use delrin tips now with a normal bore and standard length. My airflow is right, so it works and haven't had problems since, even when I do hear some juice pop from time to time.

I switched back to drip tip that came with the rm2. Big difference. No more spitting.

Nice smooth vape now :)

Good! Glad you got it figured out.
A lot of people like the big bore drip tips. In reality the drip tip bore doesn't need to be any bigger than the air hole in the atty, or the sum of two holes if you have a dual coil.
