yup, I went for a ride yesterday. was sunny when I left. I was an hour from home and freezing rain started coming down. I was frozen worse than the trip into the mountains....

Snow on the ground yesterday morning... it melted off later in the day. Haven't looked outside or checked the weather yet today. Not sure I want to. Of course, while I'm not a fan of the cold, winter weather or snow, I'm also not real excited about the 95+ degree days that we get towards the end of summer. 55-60 is good if it is sunny and without wind. Above 75 and without a breeze and it starts to get too hot for my tastes. And I just realized that this thread is in the Canadian forum... and I'm not Canadian... but isn't Canada going to be called "North Montana" in the future anyway?

As long as there is no snow on the ground, it is sandal weather, regardless of the temp.

We got 7 inches of wet, heavy snow here overnight one day last week, then it got to 12 above the next day. Floods everywhere!

Our weather has been like an abstract painting so far, everything doesn't make any sense but it sure is pretty to look at. Otherwise I'm just about sick of seeing snow every other day when we're suposed to be getting May flowers. I don't want to see the flowers in May wearing winter coats.

my bud in Lilooet was working on his truck, getting the frame painted yesterday etc. was going to start fibreglassing the box today and the ground is white there. it's crazy. I'd like to slap anyone that uses the term global warming nowadays

Yesterday it was about 15 above it was so nice all our calves were stretched out soaking up the sun. Last night when I went out and checked the cows the frogs were singing (first night this spring) a real sign that spring has come. I was even thinking wow if this keeps up it might dry up enough to finally get out of my High rubber boots, put my normal ones on and maybe just my work boots in a couple days.

Then this morning woke up to a COLD CLOUDY day, the wind is blowing. I'm so sick of this weather I might scream! I am sick of having to wear my winter chore clothes, and Still having to wear my tall rubber boots.
Yesterday was such a tease.

I will hold (global warmers) while you slap them!

we went out and ran our on road rc's today. it was sunny for the better part of the day buy water kept seeping up through the cracks in the pavement. you'd think it was dry, 2 laps later you are hitting a new mini puddle... was still fun.

It's here! It's here! Spring that is! Woohoo! Took my bike out and cruised around the neighbourhood. Had to give it a run you know to see how it fared in winter storage. It was so great the 10 min run turned into 40 mins and if I didn't have to go and vote I would still be out on it.

Gotta get me one of those lanyards now.

21 degrees right now, I love it, but mother nature is known to dish out cruel and unusual punishment like another snow fall, or freezing temps. I wonder if mother nature will take a bribe, 30ml of e-juice in exchange for no more snow.
