Well the first time it happened "this year" I just discussed it with the secretary, but you know what - that's my daughter and sometimes human error just isn't acceptable and when it's my child or anyone else's - you can't make those mistakes. I am generally very laid back - but no not anymore.

Totally agree with you. Anything that even remotely puts my child in harms way is totally unacceptable. I have had it out with day care workers, schools, and churches before. They usually act like I'm overreacting, but I remind them that if it was their child....then they usually get totally apologetic. Problem is by that point the damage is done and nothing that anyone says is going to make me feel better.
