Nik,
Got the order I placed the day after Vapestock a couple days ago and made it through my first tanks of your Black Label 555 and Black Label RY4 and just now filled a Boge LR with your Black Label RY4 Day & Night and all I can say is wow. I mean really WOW!

I've tried RY4's from a couple of the really popular vendors (including one that makes theirs in really, really limited qtys) and yours, to me at least, blows theirs so far out of the water 'it ain't even funny'. You have supplanted all my other juices and are now my all day vapes. I will be placing more orders!

Once again it was great meeting you and your wife in Florida and keep the juices flowing!

A final thought for the evening... I have secured a location for a store front... I am torn on what to do. I need to sit down with the little lady and try to decide if it would be best to remain an online store with the option of local pick up (which seems to be a VERY popular choice now... ie Grand Central Station) or take the plunge and go for a store front... Any thoughts, fellings, questions or concerns would be greatly appreciated!

A storefront comes with a lot of overhead costs, will the local market sales make it cost effective vs. the local pick-up option?
We don't have any B&M stores in our area, and it would be nice to have a place to run to for juice/gear in a 'vaping emergency'. But the only way I can see it being successful around Lafayette is if was a 'co-branded' or "shop within a shop" format.

My dos centavos.

I say go for it man!!!!! It would take up a lot of your time for sure, but you seem to be good at balancing everything out. Would you still be able to take online orders with the store front?

Actually guys, yes to all of the above! I will contine to do online orders as well! As for the overhead cost... I'm locked into to a fixed rate. The place that did my wrap, is the same place that offered me the space at the set amount including all utilities! So the overhead is actually at a min. The walk in traffic is huge and the location sees roughly 80,000 cars pass by daily... No to mention I have people already traveling across town to get the local pick up experience. I think I may just go for it And see what comes of it. There are several other perks that comes alOng with it... With that info supplied, give me some more feedback please!

Good morning Chief, love the new look to your car. I think you ought to give the storefront a go the location and the fixed rate sounds to good to pass up. Knowing you'll set it right, sounds like a win/win deal! - IF, you don't quit the on line orders!

No ma'am I sure won't stop the online store! It's what I do, and my customers world wide wouldn't appreciate that one bit for sure. Not sure if I ever mentioned that I'm a school teacher by profession and have the time now for the summer to make the brick and mortar a realitiy. My main concern is when school starts back up.... I already spread my self thin as it is during the school year lol. I guess I have to really think about it more. Some more thoughts from you guys would be great!

Morning all!

Awesome that you're thinking of expanding Chief! I'm not real full of any practical advice on the matter other than if you do get a store front I'd expect you'd need a couple employees for once school starts. You're only one man and sleep is an unfortunate requirement for continued health. If you were in MI, I'd work for juice. :D

I'd love to open a b&m store myself! I think they should be everywhere! The closest one to me is about a half hour's drive. I bought my starter kit there and spent all afternoon vaping away! The store seemed very focused on selling pre-filled carts to customers. Not much selection in the way of juices or pv's... I guess the mark-up is very good with pre-filled. An easy way to make money, imho! People seemed to be coming round to pick them up like they would a pack of smokes and chat for a bit.
You probably could make a killing pre-filling those carts with all your wonderful flavors!

ECF'ers on the other hand would definitely be way more demanding! We are used to fiddling and trying out new stuff. So, you would have to have something for everyone, not just the newbs. But, since you already offer all that on the site, it should be a no brainer...

I remember they said they had to get a tobacco license. And, they got a nasty visit from a major tobacco company rep that said they had to stop selling their major brand similar named juice... so, they just changed the name! lol...

Good Luck! Wish I lived closer... Love the car!
