I recently ordered some Crown7 cartridges for my NJoy pen-style cigarette and was disappointed to find out that they didn't fit. Meltrex suggested that I squeeze liquid out of the Crown7 cartridges into my old NJoy cartridges. Instead of doing that, I just removed the dry packing from an old NJoy cartridge and then removed the liquid-soaked packing from a Crown7 cartridge and swapped them. It seems to be working nicely.

But Meltrex's suggestion about squeezing the liquid out of cartridges got me thinking about the videos I've seen of people using a syringe to extract liquid from their old cartridges. I wanted to do that, as there's no sense in throwing away any precious fun-juice just because it's stuck in an old cartridge, but I don't have any syringes lying about. Worse than that, I had no idea how to obtain one.

So, I got out a small ziploc bag, dropped in my four mostly used up NJoy cartridge packings, closed the bag, and then I cut the teensy-tiniest piece off of one of the bottom corners of the bag. Then by squeezing the packings into that corner (kinda like squeezing icing out of a pastry bag), I was able to extract a good deal of liquid from the "spent" cartridges.

I easily got enough out of the four "spent" cartridges to entirely fill another cartridge this way. It probably isn't as effective a syringe, but it was quick, easy, and used materials I had on hand, so I thought I'd share. I was a little concerned about getting e-liquid on my hands this way, but by cutting the hole in the corner of the bag small enough, I had a surprisingly good amount of control over where the e-liquid went.

I apologize if this all is entirely obvious to everyone else.
