I am about to join the realm of the bottom feeders. I caught, what I think is, a good deal on the classifieds yesterday. I am awaiting delivery of a lightly used Nipples Tree Nerone v2.0.

Any basic newb tips would be appreciated. I, also, need help selecting a rebuildable atomizer that will fit. I'm sure it will be easier when I have the mod in-hand to determine if certain atties will be incomparable. But, I'd like to have one in advance; so, I can fire it up the day it arrives. Something other than pinhole airflow.

Congrats to your new bottom feeder. It look an awful lot like what I am using that has changed my vaping world to the ultimate. Only different is mine is from a wonderful man that cares so much about his customers and is in the US. If it is anything like the reo grand I am using, it will rock your world so good luck to you and happy vaping.

I'm sure ecf has a thread that will tell you the compatible atomizers or even how to modify new ones. That is what is so wonderful about ecf.....there nothing you can't find out about.

Yes. There is such a thread but it has no information... I'm sure a moderator will get annoyed with me, but vapers forum has a few threads on that mod.

You are just trying to find answers. Nothing wrong with that. Everything I read said that you could use any bottom fed atty. There is a pretty big list for the reo's and some new ones on the reosmod site. Might try starting there. And there are threads on people that modify to bottom feeder atomizers. I'm sorry I can't help that much but I'm sure someone here will be able to. I went with a reomizer 2.0, hopefully it will fit. I don't think atomizers that will fit the reo LP will make it on the Nerone. I really don't trust the, will fit most atomizers on the market, statement. I read it many places, but never found the dimensions. Looking at pics and vids there is a definite maximum diameter, I don't think it will be able to sit on top and make connection.

I have been very pleased with the rm2 and think you will be too, but I am reading some wonderful things about the rm5 and their airflow.

At the time in which that thread was written, perhaps there were no bottom fed attys larger than 15mm, that should be the width of the catch cup of the Nerone. You can use all the attys that fit the reo non LP, as someone already wrote. I have another box mod from Nipple Trees, called 883 lc, and it has a 15mm wide cup.

I would have suggested to try a dripper spiral, but it takes the air from the bottom, that for me is an advantage of that atom.

Let us know when your Nerone arrives, if you are satisfied with that, and with the rm2.

It arrived today. Love it so far. Squonked my first bottle full. The fire button is great (feel, action, and location).

If you are going to get a reomizer have it cut for the pre 2014 woodvil as the cup is just a bit too deep (5mm) for the regular RM2. I just used a file on the reomizer to make the extra clearance.

I'll definitely need to be drilling out the air hole on the RM2, way too tight for my liking.
