Good to hear they are decent mods.I'm getting ready to order the blue/black one and didn't really see any reviews on them yet.

I just ordered one - I read there were some leaking issues with the 510, easily remedied by a little 7x1mm o-ring, so I threw some of them in the cart, too (sku 4616912).

Anyone use the 14-22 mm catch cup adapter that daniele casali and sunbox collaborated on? I need to tweak mine to have tightness, but have screws protuding enough to make good contact. Does my head in, and any pointers on technique welcome.

Leaky 510

Probably should start a new thread about this but I'm too Sunday afternoon right now. I did have a pretty bad leak. It seemed the super soft bottle auto sucked the last 1/4" of juice and everything went south from there. Juice out of every orifice. I'm still working on changing the bottle. The tubing is a wider diameter than usual so it's not a straight switch to a firmer bottle. I need to Dremel out the cap on one. Easy enough, just time to find that bit and do it. So...it may be a bit more than just needing an o-ring.

my second squonker though there are another three on their way. really liking the athena paired with the dead rabbit. the mesh RDA will be given an outing too this week i think.
thinking about building a wooden one after seeing some lovelies in this thread.

For the money it's decent. The chip is pretty straightforward and normal. Power, Bypass and Temp for Ni/Ti/SS. It does sleep after 5 minutes so you have to give it a double tap, but doesn't shut off. The bottle is the superduper soft squishy one and that's taking me a bit to get used to. I got it from 2F and it got here pretty fast, about 2 weeks. Door fit couldn't be better and it's a nice finish.

Do you ever use it in stainless steel TC mode? I have the Aleader Orbit which is a single 18 650 80 watt device, and it sucks sucks sucks in TC mode. About every third hit it works the rest of the time it just kind of doesn't. If this is the same chip...

I never use TC for anything. I have an Orbit too. They do seem very similar.

First impressions are very good. Thick machined POM body, extremely solid feel vs most plastic mods. Smooth rounded shape all around. Very secure door. Takes 21700, 20700 and 18650 with the included adapter. High quality silicone bottle included. Button throw a little long, but that can be adjusted to preference. Button lock works easily and well. Currently watching the spring loaded 510 for leaking. I expect to have to deal with that.

Pretty bland big soap bar appearance IMO. But a real bargain, even if I eventually have to deal with the 510. So far just a little seepage around the tube connection. No gross leaking.
