It is a stiff throw but it grew on me and added to its charm eventually. Someone on the hf group posted a vid about making it less stiff by filing down the contact strip a little, but I never bothered.
Just received my hellfire cobra today after a long wait on the second list. Well worth the wait though!
Yeah. He is one of the HF crew. I saw it but was afraid of losing the strip so I sanded it, but short of making a huge difference. It’s now slightly better but not much.

This one is mosfet so super light throw compared to a vx. It is a tiny mod as well (18650) - not that a vx is very big in comparison. For a 21700 capable mod the vx is pretty compact, one more reason I love that mech.
