Brought 4 mech Reo P67's back out of mothballs to run 4 of my 8 Wotofo Profile Mesh rda's. Brought back because I already have mesh rda's on all of my regulated and other mech squonk mods, and wanted to add more Profiles while they are still available. Love this combo on the P67's, but they are hard on joose with my DLH's hitting at about 100W. I have larger capacity silicone bottles in these Reos though, so a non issue.

I ought to be good to go with 20 mesh RDA's in my daily/nightly rotations.

I’m liking the profile on regulated, but it’s way too hot on a mech for me. I’ve only tried the Wotofo and ofrf pre-made mesh and the resistance is too low. Are you using something with higher ohms?
I use the KA1 OFRF nexMesh (0.12Ω) and a couple of grades of SS mesh I already had in my 20X700 regulated and 18650 dual para batt mech squonkers. But I only use the KA1 0.18Ω mesh that comes with them in the Reos (and with true 30A HD batts). With a fully charged battery they initially start out hitting @ 95W-100W [23A]) on the mechs... less as the batt is used.

Most of my mesh RDA's on regulated mods are being hit at 50W-65W with 0.12Ω mesh (wattage depends on what kind of mesh RDA it runs and how I mix the DIY for that RDA).
The mesh RDA's started getting all of my attention 17+ months ago when the VVM's came out, so I bought 3 of them and started adding more regulated squonk mods... then it was the DMP's [9] and more regulated squonk mods. All I want to vape now is the mesh RDA's, so adding the 8 Profiles was a given.
Shhhh, don't tell anyone, but I have another Profile in a cart already and am thinking of making it two. I do have another P67 available (and 4 2015 Reo Woodvil's for that matter) that can drive the Profiles. But I wouldn't/couldn't put them on any of the 6 other Woodvil's or 20 other Reos I have. Just as well as I have no desire to bring those back on line, and very little desire to bring those 4 Woodvil's back either (I turned in my Reonaut badge a long time ago).
Spydro, where are you purchasing these from? I think I need to cave in and get one or two.

It's a trap,once you get one,you want more and more haha.I got 1 not really expecting to like mesh,now i have 4 with 3 more supposed to be delivered today.
There are several places still selling it,Element has it for $29.99 plus shipping,Vapor range has it for $24.99 with free shipping.
I have bought Profiles from vendors in HI, CA, NJ and NC. But the most recent ones I have picked up came from VaporDNA, Torrance, CA and Iron Vapin, Pleasant Beach NJ.
VDA is a bit slow to ship, but are only about 300 miles from me so get them here in a day when they do get them out the door (usually 3-4 days total). Their shipping is $4.99 for Ist Class w/tracking.
IV is closer to you, is faster to ship (orders placed before 3pm EST with them will ship same business day M-F), are offered for a better price and free 1st Class shipping w/tracking. In my case they have them drop shipped to me from a local warehouse right here in Sin City, so they get them to my mail place in just one day (although it may take me a day or more to go get them).

Case in point.... I did place another Profile order. The order will be shipped today (yes I know it's Saturday, they gave me a discount and extra CS). So you'll have to order more today or I will still be ahead of you on the total Profile count in use come Monday or Tuesday.

I'm only going to put one more in service on the last Reo P67. So 9 Profiles will be in my daily/nightly rotations along with most of the DMP's (plus with extra DMP's and VVM backup's).
Thanks peeps....what mesh and cotton are you using too? Going to visit Vapor Range.

I have been using the .18 A1 mesh from Wotofo.The rda comes with 2 of them,and you can buy 10 packs of them.I got a good deal on the Wotofo mesh from Fasttech,got 50 pieces for like $14.I also have some Vandy vape SS mesh,but on it you have to cut it down to size for the profile.
As for the wicking,i use rayon,so no clue on a good cotton.
Have already posted above what I use for the mesh strips and where i use them in my gear. I have also posted that I use pulled and rolled cotton in all my mesh RDA's that I make from CBV2 (but could also do them from peeled, pulled and rolled Koh Gen Do pads). Lots of folks probably just use the premade wicks that Wotofo sells.
I bought one Profile from Vapor Range back in early November, tried to buy two more from them 10 days later. Their cart accepted the order/money when in fact their system does not keep up to date on their stock. They didn't tell me they were out of stock until six days later. So I moved on to other vendors. I care about convenience and customer service, I don't care about price.
