I bought one of each of these three colors of Fuchia Squonk 213 Kit's. While the included atty's were better than expected, I ran mine with Goon 1.5's, then Digiflavor Mesh Pro's. But eventually after when mesh atty's became my game starting summer of 2017, when the Wotofo Unity Mesh rta's came along in April 2019 I used the Fuchia's with their blank cover over the bottle to drive three of the six rta's on (with the other three on two sigelei TC 213W's and an Athena Pride 75W).

Do you Facebook?
The SVB "M" (two on the left) are mech. Metal box with exceptional quality finish, he's moved from powdercoating to ceracoat. Just a simple, rock-solid, quality mech squonker. From UK.

My seven year old Grands are wearing out, finally. They've been good considering they've rattled inside a dashboard cupholder of a Frieghtliner for 800,000 miles or so.
Who makes ultra-durable plain mech squanders ? I mean accidently drop-kick across the asphalt and not even worry about durable ?

Another one with a story, an early Reo Woodvil 18490 (c. 2011) with highly figured maple burl wood. Robert turned down the brass RM2 to match the diameter of its small brass catch cup (and it's drilled for DL vaping). I added the Calamity Jane name because she's an old gal that shows some age from a sordid past with many other masters before she came to live with me in January 2016. ;) And because she's my favorite of the five smaller Woodvil's I acquired, three 18490's and two 14500's (the other four are from 2014 when they could still be found in classifieds occasionally before they became very scarce). She was a shirt pocket carry when in use around the house, and sometimes when I went out to run wee hours of the night errands.

    Stunning wood!!

A few of the other 18490's that I have pictures of with much higher quality woods (while still in production) that he used for around 20%-25% of the 250+ of them he made in one of the batches of them. He also got into stabilizing those with higher quality wood, a very prudent thing to do if you know about these woods. But some of them with mixed results. The later included Calamity Jane... as she is slightly warped so the door is a bit caddywampus. That just adds appeal to me to call her a name that is true to the 1800's namesake.

    I don't know what I want more.

Spydros car or his vape collection?????????

    wishreal.jpg ;)

I guess it would depend on what you want either for... to use, as an investment or both. To use is self explanatory and personal choice. But if for an investment it would a shot... not in the dark necessarily, but at least one in a gray area. With what is happening to vape gear availability the old higher quality gear that is still in like new condition could hold it's value, maybe even bring a premium to buyers who especially like whatever model it is. The massive classic car market crash of 1989 long behind and after a lessor crash around a decade ago it had come back higher than it was by 2016. But CORVID 19 will probably have an impact on it again. Add that how many buyers who would want a numbers matching original car would buy mine as an investment with the wild paint job despite it also being a numbers matching car in mint condition? What I can say for certain is that my vape gear collection, spares, tools, DIY and supplies bought over 6.5+ years cost me almost three times what I paid for this custom Corvette show car back in 2005. I bought them to use, so in part why I will not sell any of it while I am still alive. After that it will be the executor of my estate's problem to deal with.

One of four I bought from the last Reo Woodvil run that Robert made and was put on sale 5/23/2015. This one is Quilted Maple w/Marine Brass Nuppin' V2 - matching Syner DT.

    wood-253a.jpg

This run was something around 400 'Mech' Woodvil's (so called mech's by Robert because of the flat top 510 that allowed mounting larger atty's flush on top instead of the earlier Woodvil's with 510 catch cups). Pictures of it while in production.

You do know that the first step is admitting you have a problem right?

Lots of folks did. An update on them for others.... They were made in marine brass, copper, SS, black delrin and white delrin, and in two CloudMaster styles that were 1.5X and a special 3X wide bore tapered stubbies. Michael sold them via eBay, FB and Twitter back then as SynerVape. He was located in Yukon, OK. His website is no longer valid, and his Twitter has no new entries since 2016 (I don't do FB). I still have his card, so just tried to call him to no avail. So maybe he is out of the business. I acquired around 25 of these DT's in early 2015.

Besides the Marine Brass examples above, this pictures shows the other materials they came in... SS, Copper, Black and White Delrin. They were also available with o-ring fit or slip fit with no o=ring.
