That is a Mephisto clone on a 18650 Fire of life clone being side fed by a bent and trimmed 18 gauge needle connected to an inverted 10ml syringe with a PICC line extension set.

The brie cost more than the mod and rda.

I changed the smooth finish on mine to a satin-style finish with a sandpaper session. Makes it not slippery and I think it is more aesthetically appealing.

For what it's worth, rudy, I have a white del penguin, galactika, and sunbox (all have black cf doors/panels). They're all beautiful and my wife agrees - says they're her favourites of my gear. They have a very luxurious feel in the hand without being so soft as to scratch easily.
