I'm seeing a number of Hadaly RDAs in this thread. Any issues with yours, specifically gurgling or leaking after a big squonk?
Just for you I held down my bottle until I saw juice start to come out of the holes and then let go. There was like half a gurgle (if that makes sense) of the juice clearing out of the airholes and that's it. vaping fine

That's why I like these one piece caps. I can just look down while I squonk and make sure I'm not oversquonking too badly. It drains better than most squonk atties, leaving just a tiny bit in the well. Sometimes juice does get in the air inlets but a quick hard dry pull clears them out just fine.

Thank you. :) My only resistance to getting Hadaly was how close to the bottom of the juice well the air holes are. A number of people have had gurgling problems. Could be that your wicking style is better tuned to the atty. :thumb:

Cool. Love those caps. Where did your source yours?

Yep. the air comes in low near the deck and I'll get a gurgle after a heavy squonk. I have NOT yet actually squeezed juice OUT the airhole - and don't even have to remove the cap or anything. I find if I just fire for a sec, or even just vape through it, then the liquid "comes back in" and it clears itself. Probably due to the angle, it's not as much of a hassle as other attys that get juice in the airpath.
Still - it IS prone to the post-squonk gurgle compared to many of my other atties with top-down air.

Thank you. Do you think the gains from what is effectively bottom air outweigh the occasional gurgling annoyance?

I find just keeping excess wick from laying in the bottom helps. Try trimming your wicks so they barely touch the bottom of the juice well, perhaps?

My little Pico Squeeze came today! Like it way better than my Kanger Dripmod even though they're very similar. Love how tiny this thing is & my Hadaly looks nice on it. Way smaller than the Kanger. The bottle is kind of a pain to take out though cause it fits in there really tight. For $18 from FastTech it was a no brainer!!!

Are those essentially the same as any other mech? (a in a good way?)

Ha! Well, I agree about Narda. My favorite 22 mm single coil. The occasional gurgle? Pffft! ;)

Although it is unregulated, the Pico Squeeze is not a mechanical mod because it's made with electrical wires & a mosfet.

and low battery protection, which i think requires a zenner diode

and reverse battery, which is another simple but still electronic component

MOSFETS don't do those two things from my understanding

So in other words, no reason not to get a Pico Squeeze it sounds like. :)

Does it have an adjustable 510? Or spring loaded? Or fixed?

Right. Besides these protections Pico Squeeze also monitors battery level in three stages. Not that any experienced mech user can't tell from the vape.

IMO, the biggest advantage of an unregulated mod of this type (Pico Squeeze, Dripbox 60, etc.) over a true mech like Coppervape is NOT having to regularly clean the electrical contact surfaces in the switch and elsewhere. Coppervape's mechanism is quite good in this regard, but many mechs can require an annoying amount of attention to internal cleaning to keep the current running full force and firing consistently.

Both of my Squeezes have loose and scratchy 510 threading. They tighten down and work fine so it's not a big reason to steer clear. Again, the thing is $18 FFS.

Cool thanks. And it can still fire a 1.3 ohm Mouth To Lung build right? Would just pass the 4.xx volts like any other mech?
