Thanks. It's definitely very comfortable in hand even though, as you posted, it might not appear to be. I just need to swap attys. The predator just isn't doing it for me. The flavor is kind of meh no matter what build I try. Gonna pop a BF pin in my Hobo 3.1 or NarDA later tonight and give that a whirl until I get a Hadaly.
I have a single-coil 2.8mm spaced build in my Predator and it gives so much flavor that I had to dilute my juice.
I have not been able to get any good flavor outa the predator. I have done HOT builds, mild builds, vertical, single z. All where the same just meh. It is a nice vape with unflavored.
What resistance and is this with air wide open or closed down?
I shoot for 1.0 - 1.1 ohms on my regulated devices. I personally feel it is the boards entire reason for existing to control wattage based upon my settings. This one is 1.19 ohms, air about one hair shy of wide open. The spaced made a big difference for me.

I wish I could get that kind of performance out of my Predator. I want to love it but I just don't. Maybe I should try a spaced build before I give up on it and sell.

Agreed... I can't get anything close to good performance from my Predator. Even posted it for sale and it didn't move.
Penguiness - can you post a couple of builds that worked for you?
Came across this in my flea bay recommendations, 3d printed mech with 22mm goon dual 3mm 6 wrap hive coils 26g .3ohms. It's a nice lil out and about mod . There are a few small imperfections, it's a 26650 mod but they have a 18650 adapter and you have to get the battery in just the right spot or it misses it's connection also got a extra door and the bottom groove just a hair off you have to give it a lil extra push to get it in correctly and the bottle is off just a hair but with the door on you can't tell. So for the price I would definitely recommend ($82). It's called the minuto.

The Predator likes simple, and for you to spend less time on builds. I can't speak for fancy coils in it, haven't tried anything beyond plain or 2-strand twisted in the Predator. I did not care for duals in it. Not sure if wicking might be playing a factor. I use Rayon exclusively.
I have one juice that I sometimes run in the Predator that needs TC to keep the heat down. For that juice, I use SS 316L, 30g, 2.8mm, 12 wraps, not spaced, 420 temp, air wide open. The rest of the time, I use that same Kanthal build in the Predator.
