I've never squonk'd, so some quick questions:

Can you tootlepuff Squonk with a single 1.4ohm coil at 12w, or does that defeat the point?

Do Squonk set ups spit juice like snub nosed short barrelled RDA's?

You sure can tootle away while squonking! Rob has some small atties that offer amazing flavor with higher ohm builds. With squonking you can wet the wick and the excess juice drains back out, I don't get spitting from my setups, just good clean flavor each and every puff.

Ah, good to know.

I'm quite tempted by the VFSquonk DNA40, but know nothing about the toppers.

Could anyone suggest some high flavour tootlepuffing toppers that would go with this?

I MTL my KFv4 and can't get on with too tight a draw, but like my 12mg juice so don't want 'clouds'.

I love the idea of a bottom fed atty, just wish reos weren't mechs. Pop a nice up to date regulated chip in there, make it pretty and I'll join the party...
This pretty enough? Svapiamo sx350 squonker. All I have to do now is learn Italian so I can figure out how to get one.

So I just got my first squonker, a Reo, and am just completly amazed by the performance. I unfortunatly am using a clone Velocity at the moment as the legits are terribly hard to come by, but the performance, and convenience is freaking outstanding. Why arent more people doing this? Why are bottom feeder mods and atty's so hard to come by? All the flavor of dripping with the ease of a tank...

Opinions on squonking are appreciated.

I'd probably mod mine to use regular rda's and shoot liquid in from the side through one of the airholes.

I feel uncomfortable about liquid in the 510 threadwell especially without short circuit protection

True, buddy messed with one and says the bottle is a pain in the .... to swap.

Heard some bad things about these.

Sold mine in 2 days. Awful mod. Juice coming out of the charging port is just one of the many reasons .....

My standard Vapor Flask DNA40 is my favourite Mod.

That's one of the things I love about ECF, you get the low down before making a bad choice.

Thanks :)

I'm not a fan of regulated squonkers. Mix juice with electronics and it's an accident waiting to happen in my opinion. I do have one regulated squonker, but my mechanical squonkers are by far my favorites. It's just a matter of learning what coil builds in each bf atty provide the vape you're looking for.

I have a few mechanical squonkers, but here's a pic of my current favorite. It's a VR Wood Mod made by a real wood artisan in New Zealand.

If this was an issue you'd hear about it with the sheer number of Reo owners out there. Even under Murphys Law if it did short the spring would drop and break the cicuit, thanks to SuperX who purposely dead shorted one to demonstrate that.
