SS cable and Z-Atty

Hey

Just wondering what SS cable size to order for my Z-Atty, I ordered some without asking anyone and it was too big for the hole. Anyone have experience with this I would really appreciate the help

I saw some folks talking about this on the Zen thread the other day.

Apparently you would want 3/32" SS cable, and be sure it's 316 SS and not galvanized.

3/32 is what I got 7x19 are the strands, and its too big, do they remove the insulator tube?

buy and use it if you like, but know it has zero capillary action, all your wicking is from gravitational flow from tilting. If you can live with that, it will work. Your flow control is how long you tilt.

I want vertical wicking. How can I achieve that on a z-atty? Right now I'm using SS mesh 325, and its doing ok, but I still have to tilt

Holy cow thank you so much for the tip, I would have never tried rolling that much wick tight until I read that thread... I only have 325 mesh right now, but it's still working ten times better than the wick I was making before, no tilt necessary, I love it!

I rolled 2 1/4 inches of mesh tight with no hole in center, wrapped my 32ga kanthal 4 times and ended up with a 1.9 ohm coil, vaping it anywhere between 4.7V and 5.2V depending on the juice the sweet spot is different, but the wicking is awesome!
