SS Mesh and liquid usage

hi,

got my eroll 2 weeks back and got my first atomizer burn off. so looking around and managed to get some #400 ss mesh then did my first diy wick out of it. the ss mesh wick seems uses more liquid than the standard silica wick. there is no leakage so far and a 1 sec puff produce more vapor than standard silica wick. does anyone experience the same, ss mesh uses more liquid, i think it uses double/triple when compare to standard silica wick ?

I've seen the same effect, only thing i can think of is how hot the mesh gets as its carrying the current thru the whole wick down into
The juice.

more vapor needs more juice. and yea because of this it will eat it up sometimes. i have a 2.5ml geni i can run dry in about 2 hours when chain vaping

wow...2.5ml in 2hrs...i think i use only 1ml per day with silica wick....eroll tank is so so small, probably need to refuel every time i vape

lol big power rbas will do it even faster because of the high efficiency coils running on more power lol my kayfun takes quite a while to burn off 4 ml. but my one geni might as well be a concert fogger,, the vaper VS the amount of juice is always a factor but in general some devices just use more then others because of the design. try a simple vivi nova and they hog juice like a 57 Cadillac gettin 5 gallons to the mile.

Have a Chinese DID & a AC9 from Vapinaze. They both have a juice HABIT like a Crack Head. They make vapor like a steam engine going uphill with a heavy load.
They also give great flavor, even better that my Reos. But yes they are juice hogs. Thrasher is right. It's jut the nature of the beast, so to speak.

No bad on the juice, but less flavor; still fun.
