Today I replaced the stock wick and coil with #400 ss mesh and 32g kanthal with 4/5 wraps coming out to about 2.1 2.3 ohms. I got all the coils to fire evenly but while I was dry burning(firing for 2-5 seconds) at a time, I noticed my spinner battery and my Ego twist heating up very hot near the button/threading. Usually if I have a short it will just cut off and go into protection mode, what do you think is the problem?

it makes a 510 perfect roll and is abrasive enough to clean very well

run the the vivi bridge contact across bill cleaning the bridge on vivi
ss will eventually crack your tank unless its the metal tank
then your ss will develop many shorts
ss wick in a vivi is awesome but you have to hybrid it

when you screw on the tank, ss; it scratches it
then one day juice everywhere from heat expanding while you vape
